As large entertainment conglomerates are shrinking, business models are changing and more people than ever are giving up on the music industry, two of the most dynamic companies in the hard rock music scene, Strong Management and Ferret have teamed up to take a big step forward.

Ferret (management home to UNEARTH, JOB FOR A COWBOY, CHILDREN OF BODOM, CANNIBAL CORPSE and BEHEMOTH) and Strong Management (home to KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, AS I LAY DYING, JET LAG GEMINI and producer ADAM Dutkiewicz) have decided to work together for the benefit of their artists. This new initiative will be branded "Channel Zero Entertainment" and will work alongside Ferret Music (home to EVERY TIME I DIE, CHIMAIRA, 36 CRAZYFISTS, THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA and MISERY SIGNALS to name a few) to create a force to be reckoned with.

The collective, which includes Ferret's Carl Severson and Paul Conroy as well as Strong's Vaughn Lewis and Kenny Gabor, have already successfully collaborated on a number of notable projects. Strong clients KILLSWITCH ENGAGE had their first record released on Ferret Music, while AS I LAY DYING headlined the second SOUNDS OF THE UNDERGROUND tour. In addition KSE's Adam D has produced some of Ferret's signature albums by the likes of FROM AUTUMN TO ASHES and EVERY TIME I DIE and is currently in the studio producing UNEARTH's much-anticipated album.

The first collaboration under the Channel Zero Entertainment initiative will be the management of AUGUST BURNS RED, who will benefit from the talents of both companies. "Taking this step with Strong was a long time coming," says Conroy. He adds "Our companies share the same passion for music and an undying commitment to the artists we work with. Our professional synergy is something that will lead to great things for everyone." Gabor agrees "We could not be more excited about teaming up with the Ferret folks. The ability to work together is an opportunity that will undoubtedly allow us to reach even greater heights for our artists. Expect big things from Channel Zero Entertainment."
